What Kaia Zenn Builds

This is what your buyer experiences.

A Digital Sales Room isn't a folder. It's not a PDF. It's the environment your buyer is in when your rep isn't in the room — organized, branded, and built around how they actually make decisions. This is what one looks like.

Six elements every
high-performing DSR contains.

Kaia Zenn builds each of these with intention — not as a template exercise, but as a reflection of how your specific buyer makes decisions.
01
Personal Video Introduction
A short async video from your rep or Katherine that makes the room feel human before the buyer reads a single word. Sets tone, builds trust, reduces friction.
02
Mutual Action Plan
A shared timeline of what's happening, when, and who owns what. Gives the buyer clarity and your rep visibility into where the deal stands — without another follow-up call.
03
Centralized Resources
Every document, demo recording, case study, compliance packet, and pricing sheet in one place — organized by what the buyer needs to know, not by file type.
04
Stakeholder Visibility
See who opened the room, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each section. Know who's engaged and who still needs to be reached — before the next call.
05
Compliance & Security Layer
For regulated industries — radiopharma, healthcare, cybersecurity — a dedicated section that addresses procurement and compliance requirements before they're asked.
06
A Clear Next Step
Every room ends with one action — book a call, sign a document, approve a scope. The room guides the buyer toward a decision without requiring your rep to ask again.
FAQ

Everything you need
to know before you begin.

Everything a VP of Sales or Revenue Operations lead typically asks before starting an engagement. If something isn't answered here, the discovery call is the right place.

Kaia Zenn builds inside platforms you already own before recommending anything new — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Allego, Highspot, GetAccept, and Notion. The goal is always to activate what's already in your tech stack first. New tools are only introduced when they genuinely solve a gap the current stack can't.
Kaia Zenn will recommend the right platform for your team size, deal complexity, and budget — and handle the setup and configuration as part of the engagement. There are strong options at every price point, including platforms with free tiers that work well for smaller teams getting started. You won't be pushed toward an expensive enterprise tool if a leaner solution fits your needs.
No. Most engagements begin by activating the platforms you're already paying for. New software is never a prerequisite — it's only recommended when it's the right solution for a specific gap, and only after you've seen exactly what you'd get from it.
Scope determines timeline. A Foundation Setup typically takes 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. A full commercial team build is scoped individually during a discovery session — timeline depends on team size, number of product lines, and existing collateral. Every engagement includes a clear project timeline before work begins.
Three things:
  • Access to your current sales collateral and follow-up materials
  • A 60-minute discovery call with the key stakeholder
  • One internal champion who can share buyer feedback during the build

That's it to start. Additional inputs are gathered as the engagement progresses.
Rep adoption is the #1 reason DSRs underperform — and it's built into every Kaia Zenn engagement from day one. Every build includes a rep enablement component — training on how to use the room, how to read engagement analytics, and how to follow up based on buyer signals. The room is designed around how reps actually work, not how a software vendor imagined they would.
Yes. Salesforce and HubSpot are fully supported, as are most major CRMs. CRM integration — lead assignment, deal stage triggers, engagement alerts — is included in Growth tier and above. Foundation clients can add CRM integration as a scoped add-on.
Yes. Healthcare and radiopharma are Kaia Zenn's deepest domain — but the DSR methodology applies to any complex B2B deal with multiple stakeholders. Current sectors include Enterprise SaaS, Cybersecurity, Advanced Manufacturing, Boutique Wealth Management, and High-End Professional Services. If your deal involves more than three stakeholders and a sales cycle longer than 30 days, a well-built DSR will move it faster.
Foundation clients receive post-launch support to ensure the room is performing and reps are using it effectively. Growth clients have ongoing room management included as part of the monthly retainer. All clients can add the Fractional DSR Director retainer at any time — ongoing strategic management without the cost of a full-time hire.
